Una multinazionale del settore farmaceutico ricerca un Business Insights Manager da inserire a Milano. Questo professionista avrà un ruolo strategico, producendo raccomandazioni basate su dati di business intelligence per supportare le decisioni aziendali. Si richiedono 3-5 anni di esperienza nel settore e una laurea pertinente. La posizione offre un contratto di 7 mesi con un salario annuale compreso tra €40,000 e €50,000.

Competenze

For a multinational company in the pharmaceutical field we are looking for a Business Insights Manager.

The Business Insights Manager (BIM) plays a key role in providing actionable strategic recommendations to the Regional Commercial Strategy Lead and the Integrated Brand Value Team Lead by integrating insights derived from market research, competitor analysis, forecasting, CRM data, social media, and real‑world evidence.

Work site: Milano

Contract duration: 7 months

Annual salary: €40,000 - €50,000

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Essential Knowledge & Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence in a healthcare company.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline that includes an economic, mathematical or statistical element and business informatics.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and changes in the business model (current trends and future outlook).
• Significant personal experience and achievements in Market Research, Forecasting, and Analytics / Performance Reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Main Activities / Tasks

• Works closely with the Business Analytics and Forecasting Manager (BAFM) to generate expert recommendations from the optimal deployment of Business Intelligence data, methods and tools, in support of performance monitoring and forecasting.
• Drives strategic decision-making through the provision, analysis and interpretation of information and metrics.
• Contributes to Brand Value Planning with integrated insights and implications.
