Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – European Markets to support the expansion of our Community of partner boutiques and strengthen our presence within the European multi-brand fashion landscape.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A proven track record in developing relationships with luxury multi-brand retailers across Europe.
  • The ability to build new connections and expand their network within the fashion industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a structured and results-oriented approach.
  • Availability to travel when required.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus.

What You Will Do

The role will be central to the expansion of our Community of partner boutiques, managing the full lifecycle of new partnerships — from market scouting to negotiation, onboarding and long-term support.

  • Map European markets, identify promising multi-brand boutiques and assess their potential within the GIGLIO.COM ecosystem, building a structured development plan with a clear pipeline.
  • Manage the full partnership process — from outreach and model presentation to negotiation and agreement signing — ensuring a smooth transition toward operational phases.
  • Support partner onboarding and monitor performance, proposing tailored initiatives and solutions with the Community Store and Merchandising teams to maximise both short- and long-term results.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the market, nurturing relationships with retailers, buyers and key stakeholders, and contributing to internal alignment meetings to define priorities and opportunities.
