Are you passionate about building strong partnerships and driving impactful marketing initiatives? We are looking for a self-starting, energetic and collaborative Business Development Manager to join our South Europe Sales team.

This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our partner network across key industry segments. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partners, ranging from direct-selling, co-selling, implementing and consulting partners. You will be managing their onboarding processes, the relations and managing their success. You will also be responsible for executing joint marketing initiatives to accelerate regional business growth. While this is a non-quota carrying role, your contributions will directly impact pipeline development and partner performance.

In this role you will be reporting directly to our VP Sales South Europe Gian Mario Tagliaretti and will be based inItaly. We’re flexible with locations—you can work from our Piacenza or Milan office or remotely from your home office in Italy. This role requires traveling in South Europe.

Your key responsibilities:
Partner Recruitment & Enablement
  • Identify and recruit strategic partners aligned with regional goals.
  • Lead onboarding to ensure partners are equipped with the right tools, training, and resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth partner integration and alignment with go-to-market strategies.
Partner Marketing
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns to boost awareness and generate demand.
  • Manage co-marketing funds with a focus on ROI and performance tracking.
  • Support partners with content, messaging, and event participation to amplify regional impact.
Regional Marketing Support
  • Localize global campaigns in collaboration with the central marketing team.
  • Organize and support regional events, webinars, and industry initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with regional sales managers, partner account managers, and product marketing teams.
  • Act as a key liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to foster mutual value creation.
We expect you to have:
  • 3–5 years of experience in partner management, channel marketing, or regional marketing roles.
  • Strong experience from either marine, offshore or process industry.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in B2B technology or SaaS industries is a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, Spanish is a plus.
