We seek a dynamic Business Developer for Capstone Projects to cultivate and manage a robust network of industry partners. This role is responsible for leveraging strategic alliances to innovate the educational experience while driving collaborative projects that guarantee continuous quality assurance and deliver exceptional, quantifiable value to our industry collaborators by solving their most pressing business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Act as the primary liaison between academia and industry, aligning Faculty expertise and research with high‑potential, market‑driven business opportunities.
  • Employ a "knife between the teeth" approach, utilizing cold calling, networking, and personal / Faculty / Student contacts to secure new corporate partnerships.
  • Identify critical company pain points and strategically translate them into structured Capstone Projects and applied research (ETSI) designed to deliver quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Create and manage high‑value partnerships, ensuring the effective matching of corporate requirements with academic knowledge and student skills.
Ideal Candidate :
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Required fluency in English (C1+) for technical negotiation, proposal drafting, and international stakeholder management.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience building and managing industry partnerships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Good to have: strong understanding of higher education and the capstone project process, with a focus on STEM fields.
