Embodied AI SA is a Swiss robotics startup building the first commercially viable soft robotic workforce for human environments. Our approach is to deploy physically safe robots with advanced learning algorithms. Founded by researchers from EPFL, TU Delft, and MIT, our mission is to bring robots into human spaces and transform how robotics supports society.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying prospect target accounts in manufacturing, logistics and automation
  • Running outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
  • Lead discovery calls and demos to understand customer pain points and workflows
  • Visit customer facilities to scope opportunities and build relationships
  • Negotiate and close deals, from pilot projects to longer‑term deployments
  • Collaborate with our technical and design team to develop tailored proposals and business cases
  • Maintaining a clean and accurate CRM to ensure a seamless sales process
  • Feed market insights back to founders to sharpen our go‑to‑market strategy
Requirements
  • 2‑5 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally selling technical solutions to industrial or operations buyers
  • Comfortable with consultative, solution‑based selling. You dig into customer problems, not just pitch
  • Ability to build and foster relationships and understand client needs
  • Hungry, resourceful, and energized by building something from the ground up
  • Persistent and self‑organised
  • Passionate about robotics and technology‑driven solution
  • Fluent in English; French, German, or any other language(s) are a plus
