A leading fastening and assembly company in Italy seeks a Business Developer to join their Commercial Team. This role involves managing customer satisfaction, acquiring new clients, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales strategies. Ideal candidates will have a degree (preferred in Engineering), 3 to 5 years of experience, and strong problem-solving skills. The position requires frequent business trips across Europe. A competitive salary will be offered based on experience.

CGA Technologies Srl is a leading metalworking company in the production of heat exchangers for the automotive, alternative energy, electronics and refrigeration sectors. We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER

Role and responsibilities

The figure we are looking for is a of Business Developer for our Commercial Team. BD will have the responsibility of contributing to commercial development, through the following activities :

  • Establish the necessary connections with internal teams in order to bring new RFQs;
  • Manage orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and effective communication with internal teams;
  • Monitor the market and competition, analyzing trends and opportunities to optimize sales strategies;
  • Acquisition of new customers through the implementation of lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
Skills
  • Degree (Engineering is preferred);
  • Previous experience of 3 / 5 years (Energy sector is preferred);
  • Teamwork and problem solving skills;
  • Economic and financial sensitivity;
  • Precision and goal orientation;
  • Project management and organization skills;
  • Fluent in English is mandatory;
  • Position requires a lot of business trip in Europe.
