Company Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between operational departments and IT for development, support and improvement of systems.
  • Collect business requirements and propose appropriate IT or process solutions.
  • Participate in process optimization and ensure proper implementation.
  • Create and update BMS (Business Management System) procedures and ERP process documentation.
  • Collaborate with business experts to develop new ERP modules.
Additional Tasks
  • Develop, implement and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support decision making; identify and manage KPIs for various business functions.
  • Oversee master data flows for product codes and attribute definitions across enterprise and ERP platforms.
  • Interface with business units (e.g., support, sales) to capture, analyze and formalize operational needs into technical specifications for internal IT teams or external suppliers.
  • Support and coordinate continuous improvement, digitalisation and process optimisation projects.
  • Assist end users during the adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a consulting firm.
  • University degree (preferable).
  • Strong analytical skills, precision, interpersonal and organisational abilities; proactive problem‑solving and teamwork orientation.
  • Proficiency in English.
