We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Analyst (m/w/d) who wants to contribute to our growth and success. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the leadership team on key initiatives, taking ownership of projects and creating value through process and product improvements.

Your role at BizAway

Your qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience (experience in the travel industry is a plus)
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Result-oriented with respect for deadlines
• Pragmatic, hands-on problem solver
• Ability to manage relationships with suppliers
• Capacity to work under pressure across functions and cultures
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
• Assertive, adaptable, creative
• Dynamic and performance-driven
• Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus

Additional preferred skills

• Digital experience
• Project management skills (GANTT, post-launch analysis, project management tools)
• PMI certification (a plus)
