Brand Manager (BLACK+DECKER) – EMEA ANZ

Location: Hybrid – office meetings and collaboration when required.

The Job

As Brand Manager for BLACK+DECKER, you will be responsible for growing the brand and its products across the EMEA‑ANZ region. You will plan and deliver marketing and end‑user communications for an innovative product roadmap, including regional messaging, go‑to‑market mapping, creative adaptation, and overarching campaign management.

You will ensure full integration and alignment of marketing plans to maximise brand positioning, content, and creative execution across product categories, adapting to regional nuances as needed. You will lead the EMEA‑ANZ marketing efforts and work closely with Product Commercialisation and Local Marketing teams to integrate local and retail channel executions.

  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively and constructively challenge, influence, and guide senior leaders and experts.
