We are looking for a Brand Content Manager - Alfa Romeo Brand

Job description

As a member of the Alfa Romeo Brand Content team, the Brand Content Manager actively contributes to achieving business objectives and enhancing brand image through the development of 360° advertising campaigns for the Alfa Romeo Brand and its products. These campaigns cover all communication channels to reinforce brand positioning and ensure image and value consistency, playing an active role in shaping the future chapters of the Brand.

The Brand Content Manager works closely with the Marketing Office team, as well as with Brand Communication, Product, and Regional/Country Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop stand-out brand content projects across 360° channels, ensuring alignment with brand values and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams at global, regional, and country levels.
  • Manage all operations related to 360° campaign production: from creative briefing to final validation, including agency and production house coordination, stakeholder approval management, project planning, governance and procurement processes, rights clearance, and all the needed approvals. Participation in key production phases and presence during shoots when required.
  • Support the Brand Communication team by delivering content and assets (videos, presentations, and other materials) for key events.
  • Manage the brand content budget, including obtaining necessary approvals and optimizing the use of allocated resources.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of developed content through advertising impact studies, brand image analysis, commercial testing, and digital/social KPIs. Propose and define improvements or new actions based on insights.
  • Oversee and coordinate related international brand content activities.
