  • Monitoring and benchmarking sales performance

  • Overseeing technical, disciplinary, and competence-based management including employee development
  • Ensuring branch compliance with policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Managing promotional campaigns and product initiatives
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Representing the bank in local community organizations

Regional or area management is responsible for the sale of banking products to new and existing clients, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction, identifying cross-sales opportunities, managing resources, and overseeing operational logistics.
