We are seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at one of hotel Mangia’s Santa Teresa Sardinia, Curio Collection by Hilton. The ideal candidate will oversee team coordination, service excellence, and beverage quality, ensuring a refined guest experience aligned with Mangia’s hospitality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating the bar team, overseeing activities, discipline, professional appearance, and service quality to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Inspecting the work environment to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
  • Anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and accommodating all requests
  • Supervising beverage preparation and ensuring the quality of the products served
  • Keeping up with international trends to define industry‑standard expectations
  • Regularly inspecting storage areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Monitoring beverage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Leading pre‑shift briefings with team members
  • Inspecting staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies
  • Planning work schedules and weekly shifts for the bar team
  • Reviewing beverage sales and costs, and reconciling any accounting discrepancies
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the role within luxury hospitality or similar environments
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
  • Familiarity with local and national regulations regarding alcohol service
  • Strong skills in team management and inventory control
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles, personnel management, and marketing
  • Precision and attention to detail
