What you will do
  • Complying with all company, local, Italian accounting and financial regulations.
  • Manage accounting operations.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely bank payments.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
  • Issue documentations for supply chain process.
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Manage virtual and physical inventory.
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field.
  • Previous work experience as an Accountant in Italy, Office Executive or similar fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian bookkeeping systems and MS Office software.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and WMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial and Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • High sense of urgency.
  • The ability to work under severe pressure and to accept criticism.
  • Capacity to have engaging conversations with sales and logistic teams.
  • Advanced Italian, Professional English and Basic Spanish tongues.
