Your Tasks

• You will be in charge of a team of 5-10 employees and will receive pre-qualified customer leads from our marketing team
• You are responsible for our sales process and ensure a positive customer experience by conducting competent consultations about our aligners
• You will receive clear goals paired with an attractive fixed salary and a performance-based bonus model
• You are responsible for team performance and take care of the daily and regular monitoring of our presales KPI's
• You create a positive working atmosphere and know how to inspire your employees and lead them to independent solutions

Your Skills

• You can show that you have completed (commercial) training or a degree
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Sales, ideally as a team lead
• You have exceptional communication skills and a "no" spurs you on rather than throws you back
• Your mind is always on growth - you are willing to learn fast, think outside the box, move things forward and go the extra mile
• You are fluent in Italian and English
