A leading automotive engineering company in Emilia-Romagna is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in automotive product development. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have experience in Interior/Exterior development. Responsibilities include defining project scope and monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with standards, and facilitating communication across teams. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, along with fluent English proficiency. Business travel may be necessary.

This will make you grow:

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams for the design, development, and validation activities in one of the following areas: Interior / Exterior / Body & Closures.
• Define project scope, timing, and deliverables in alignment with program objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timing targets.
• Act as the main interface between Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Manage implementation of risk assessment and mitigation plans for technical and timing issues.
• Lead technical reviews and decision‑making processes throughout development phases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive product development, with a focus on Interiors /Exteriors or Body & Closures.
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly technologies.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA) and PLM systems.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in luxury brands and/or supercars development is very welcome.

• Availability for short business travels abroad.
