MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure delivery of services in line with engagement objectives, scope, and budget
- Oversee client engagements from start to finish, managing timelines & deliverables and ensuring adherence to firm policies and quality standards
- Proactively develop client relationships, working closely with Partner in charge to develop commercially focused solutions to issues identified
- Assist in business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, presentations, and client relationship management
- Guide team members, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and a high-performance work culture
- Lead by example, demonstrating a clear ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and risk management
- Display confidence and an ability to influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and colleagues across the Firm
- Strengthen technical knowledge in field of expertise, continually sharing this knowledge with their immediate teams
- Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to our services and industry in general
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Relevant experience as an Auditor with a background in Accounting or Audit, ideally with prior supervisory or managerial experience
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred
- High levels of integrity
- A vision and drive for success and be motivated towards their personal and professional development
- A positive can attitude, high degree of responsibility and take ownership of their assignments, clients, and careers
- Eager to learn and follow the Company’s methodology to meet and exceed client expectations
- Team oriented personality with proven managerial experience and people skills / client relation skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong focus on quality
- Strong technical competence including extensive knowledge of IFRS and ISAS
- Experience of using Microsoft packages other computerised audit packages
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Greek and English)
