Associate Client Executive – Risk Management

Are you a brilliant Associate Client Executive with Property-Liability insurance background? If so, we are currently looking to expand our Risk Management Team on Milan office and are very interested in speaking with top talent within the insurance industry.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex and/or multinational clients;

  • Support in the identification of strategies for clients’ risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives;

  • Participate at clients and insurers meetings in conjunction with specialist broker;

  • Partner with the Placement Team to design strategies to achieve growth goals and provide; exceptional client service;

  • Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients.

What you need to have:

  • Master’s degree in Economics (Finance, Management, Risk Management, ecc.), Law, Political and Social Sciences, International Relations or similar;

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in insurance companies or insurance brokers, preferably in a client-facing role;

  • Property - Liability (combined) insurance experience;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Negotiating and Influencing skills;

  • Analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
