Responsibilities

• Overall administration of the Worldwide campus location.
• Lead campus recruitment, public relations, and marketing efforts.
• Provide educational guidance to students, including planning schedules, recommending courses, and identifying suitable educational solutions to help students progress toward degree completion.
• Report to the Associate Executive Director of Campus Operations, overseeing administrative management and the supervision of the Assistant Campus Director (if assigned).
• Accountable for meeting campus enrollment goals and managing the student enrollment lifecycle, from prospective student to graduate.
• Participate in recruitment, public relations, and outreach activities to ensure prospective and current students receive relevant information about University programs and services.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Ability and willingness to work independently and operate effectively in a geographically dispersed environment.
• Experience in management and supervision.
• Ability to work cooperatively with students, staff, and faculty, both face-to-face and at a distance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in higher education administration, marketing, and/or customer service preferred.
