An EU-funded project consortium is seeking an Assistant to the Project Director. Ideal candidates will have a degree in project management and proficiency in English. Responsibilities include managing international projects, with a minimum of 5 years experience required. This is a challenging role requiring expertise in governance and electoral processes.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in international project management for Cat. II positions.
• Minimum 2 years in international project management for Cat. III positions.
• Experience in budget and team management.

Overview

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

The overall objective of this assignment is to:

• strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
• contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
• improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
• inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

Duration: The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Non-Key Expert: Assistant to the Project Director (Europe-Based)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree or equivalent training/experience in project management or related field.
• Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C1).
• EU institutions knowledge (asset).

Experience:

• Cat. II: 5+ years / Cat. III: 2+ years in international project management.
• Budget/team management.
