Applications Program Manager – Public Sector

DXC Technology Italy is looking for an Applications Program Manager Public Sector to join the Applications Service DXC Team. The role focuses on delivering value across Applications Development, Applications Modernization and Transformation, Testing and Digital Assurance, and Applications Management.

Responsibilities

• Find customer needs, translate them into requirements, and support upselling/business development.
• Manage existing contracts to ensure budget, timeline, and resource allocation are met.
• Deliver business value to customers using project management and functional/technical skills.
• Maintain program documentation and prepare regular status reports.
• Lead the technical team or contribute to delivery activities, identifying and addressing potential risks that may impact program delivery.
• Drive business development and upselling in Analytics with a strong focus on the Public Sector.

Basic Qualifications

• Vast experience on program/service related to application solutions (public sector preferred).
• Excellent relational and analytical skills; proactivity and ability to work in teams.
• Focus on goals; attention to detail and constant attention to quality.
• Italian mother tongue.

Other Qualifications

• Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PgMP, Agile or ITIL, are a plus.
