You will play a key role in assisting customers both from technical and functional points of view.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing and new application functions
• Ensure the optimal use of the application by end-users
• Monitor and control the quality of datasets daily
• Be the point of contact for end-users and handle system issues
• Perform incident management
• Configure and test functionalities
• Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements
• Develop and maintain functional documentation
• Perform user training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a financial or technical field is preferred
• Experience of at least X years in a similar role in the fintech field
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Client-focused attitude
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage pressure
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and Italian
• EU Work Permit
