What You’ll Do

• Manage the full operational cycle of airfreight shipments.
• Arrange and monitor bookings with airlines and service providers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
• Coordinate daily with customers, agents, and partners for smooth operations.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve issues or delays.
• Support billing and cost control for assigned shipments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to optimize processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of experience in airfreight operations within freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics and air cargo documentation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Office 365; CargoWise experience is a strong plus .
• Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
