A leading healthcare technology firm is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to drive product strategy and implementation from MVP to full launch. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 3+ years in product management focused on AI, and a strong understanding of AI technologies. This remote position in Italy allows for collaboration with cross-functional teams and offers a diverse culture that fosters innovation and impact.

Overview

Dedalus is one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies. This role is open for remote work in Italy or any of our European locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, prioritise and balance user needs, technical feasibility and business priorities.
• Evaluate data and cultural readiness across business areas for AI implementation based on a solid business case.
• Identify and evaluate third‑party solutions, engage with providers and ensure alignment with corporate requirements.
• Define impact metrics, oversee product implementation from MVP to full launch, refining based on user feedback and impact data.
• Communicate progress and key stakeholder updates throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience in AI‑related products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, concepts and practical applications, including Agentic AI.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented problem‑solving attitude.
• Track record of launching successful AI products within an organisation.
• Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in Healthcare.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory and ethical considerations in AI product development.
