A multinational machinery company is seeking an experienced professional to lead Aftersales & Service activities in the Italian market. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in industrial sectors, strong team management skills, and expertise in rentals and maintenance contracts. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction and monitoring sales turnover. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, along with advanced English skills, is required. This position allows for remote work one day a week.

Competenze

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in industrial sectors with a focus on the technical department.
  • Expertise in rentals and maintenance contracts.
  • Advanced in English oral and written.

Location: Northwest Milan (1 day of remote work per week)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Aftersales & Service activities of the company in the Italian market
  • Measure performance and efficiency based on KPIs
  • Ensure the execution of the Service activities and projects in the company
  • Responsible for the approval of technical suppliers
  • Support to branches
  • Monitor turnover of Service and spare part sales
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Control of internal costs and warranties
  • Pricing of service contracts
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in industrial sectors with a focus on the technical department
  • Expertise in rentals and maintenance contracts (knowledge of service costs, etc.)
  • Prior work experience in team management
  • Must have ability to train and motivate, proving very good with communication skills
  • Passionate and hard worker
  • Manage complexity and work volume, problem solver

  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Knowledge of CRM system
