Responsibilities

AIKO is seeking an Administrative & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day organizational and operational activities. The role includes travel arrangements, office supply management, small shipments, and coordination with suppliers, contributing to the smooth functioning of the company’s daily operations. The position is part-time, 21 hours per week, 7-month contract.

  • Manage travel bookings, accommodations, and business trips.
  • Coordinate internal office supply orders and equipment needs.
  • Handle shipments and relations with couriers and logistics providers.
  • Maintain contact with suppliers and assist in obtaining quotes.
  • Support internal meeting logistics and office coordination.
  • Update operational documents and data registers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administrative or operations roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication abilities and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with office tools (Excel, Office Suite or similar).
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in travel management.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers or light procurement activities.
