Overview

SPACE INDUSTRIES is an innovative player in the aerospace sector, focused on the development and integration of advanced solutions for the satellite market. The company has recently opened two offices in Piedmont, in Settimo Torinese and Torino, and is expanding rapidly with a particular focus on micro and small satellite technology. We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our finance team and contribute to the proper management of accounting and reporting processes.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure proper recording of financial transactions in compliance with Italian fiscal and corporate regulations
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow monitoring
• Collaborate with external consultants and auditors for tax, legal, and compliance requirements
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation, including ledgers, reports, and statements
• Contribute to the development and standardization of accounting and administrative procedures
• Provide support in reporting activities to management and international partners

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• At least 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in structured or international companies
• Good knowledge of Italian accounting principles and fiscal regulations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting management software (e.g., Zucchetti, SAP, or equivalent)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and within a team
