A leading engineering firm located in Piemonte, Italy, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the Accounting Manager in various activities, including managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial statements. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in accounting/business, 3 years of relevant experience, and strong command of English along with ERP knowledge. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SAP is a plus.

Competenze

• 3 years of experience in an Administration and Finance department, with exposure to all related professional activities.

Mansioni

• Support in managing the Accounts Payable cycle.
• Support in managing the Accounts Receivable cycle.
• Monitoring accounts receivable invoicing for specific clients.
• Quarterly reconciliation of bank statements.
• Support the function manager during audit reviews by the Statutory Auditor.
• Support activities related to preparing accounting data for interim and annual financial statements.
