In addition, He / She will support the FO Teams in other daily activities (Lending, Energy, REF, Client Service).

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for balance checking, request for overdraft (Excess Report)
• Reconciliation of Nostro, suspense and Bank of Italy account
• Suspense account and settlement reconciliation
• Investigation on issue related to payments and collections
• Responsible for processing initial checks on manual payments in accordance with Local Manual Payments Procedure
• Responsible for making signature verification on legal documentation upon Front Office request (Clients and Products) and call backs, if needed
• Responsible for preparing audit bank confirmations based on data available in local backbone system (IFS)
