Responsibilities

• For our Finance Department we are looking for an Accountant to join the team and to support the team on suppliers’ invoices and customs import / export documents and related accounting activities.
• accounting postings and archive of customs import documents regarding import transactions and ecommerce returns,
• accounting postings and archive of suppliers’ invoices,
• analysis and archive of customs export documents matching them with related sales export invoices, supporting the team also in the implementation phase of a new tool to digitally manage this activity according to the new digital customs export documents.

Qualifications

• English Language is required;
• Accounting principles and VAT rules;
• AS400, SAP, and Archiva Export software;
• Company processes.
