Account Manager EMEA & APAC :

As an Account Manager EMEA & APAC, you will play a central role in scaling Caracol’s business by managing and growing relationships with existing customers and partners across different markets. You will focus on strengthening long‑term partnerships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring client satisfaction through continuous collaboration and solution development.

Responsibilities :
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners, acting as their main point of contact for all business and operational needs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of collaboration, upselling and cross‑selling Caracol’s solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively managing expectations, feedback, and ongoing projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and guarantee smooth project execution.
  • Analyze customer performance and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events and client meetings to strengthen relationships and reinforce Caracol’s position as a trusted partner.
Ideal Background :
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, or related B2B sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing and expanding key accounts in international contexts.
  • Solid business acumen and industry knowledge in key sectors such as transportation, aerospace, automotive or tooling.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and a strong customer focus.
  • Languages: English and French are a must.
