You will lead the advertising strategy and oversee a team, driving performance and innovation across multiple product categories. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Amazon advertising, excellent communication skills, and experience in complex client environments. Fluency in a European language is desirable, with a fast-paced, high-impact work environment.

A leading eCommerce agency is looking for a highly strategic Account Director to lead one of their largest Amazon clients across Europe. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape the future of a multi-category brand across Amazon platforms.

As the strategic lead, you’ll oversee a major Amazon Ads account with multiple product categories and multiple stakeholders. You’ll guide two high-performing Account Managers and work closely with the broader European team to drive performance, innovation, and strategic clarity.

? What You’ll Do

• Own the Amazon advertising strategy (PPC and DSP) for a key client
• Act as the primary strategic partner across regional and global brand stakeholders
• Lead internal planning and external communications to ensure campaign alignment and success
• Guide and coach Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and insight-driven planning
• Develop scalable strategies that combine ad performance, creative, and retail insight
• Navigate and coordinate across multiple markets, teams, and timelines

• Deep expertise in Amazon PPC and DSP advertising, with a strong understanding of retail media
• Strategic thinker with experience working across complex client environments
