For our school in Bassano del Grappa we are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher / Academic Coordinator to join our team!

Requirements

Boost your CV : add teaching experience to your skill set. We will train you in the use of our teaching method for children from 1 to 18 years old.

Responsibilities – Teaching

As our teacher you’ll learn to :

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

Responsibilities – Coordination

As a coordinator you’ll have to :

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

Requirements

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
• Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Interest in working with children
• Planning and organisation skills
• A team player : if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in!

We Offer

• Fixed-term contract until December 2025;
• 8 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacher - Availability required five days a week, including Saturday;
• Young and stimulating work environment;
• Start in July 2025.
