Job summary
A leading cement manufacturer is seeking a Shift Operations Process Engineer to manage and optimize operations in the cement grinding unit. This role requires expertise in cement processing and quality maintenance with a focus on effective team collaboration. Candidates should have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in a cement plant and be adept at ensuring consistent production output while maintaining safety and compliance standards. The Shift Operations Process Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing the process operations of the cement grinding unit during a designated shift. This role involves overseeing the grinding process (e.g., ball mills, vertical roller mills, roller presses, separators), ensuring consistent production output, maintaining cement quality standards (e.g., OPC, PPC), and minimizing downtime.
- Manage and optimize process operations of the cement grinding unit during a shift.
- Oversee grinding process equipment (ball mills, vertical roller mills, roller presses, separators).
- Ensure consistent production output and maintain cement quality standards (OPC, PPC).
- Minimize downtime and maintain safe, efficient, environmentally compliant operations.
- Collaborate with control room operators, maintenance teams, and other departments under the supervision of the n-1 level.
- 4 to 8 Years of experience in Cement plant.
- Strong knowledge of cement grinding equipment and process control.
- Experience in maintaining quality standards (OPC, PPC).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
