We are looking for an experienced Treasury professional to join our Steel Manufacturing company in Faridabad. The role involves managing treasury operations, handling banking transactions, and ensuring effective control over cash flow, credit facilities, and financial instruments such as Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees, along with licensing-related coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash flow monitoring and fund planning
• Handle banking transactions and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Prepare, issue, and manage Letters of Credit (LC) including opening, amendments, and closure
• Handle Bank Guarantees (BG) including issuance, renewal, invocation tracking, and documentation
• Ensure timely compliance with bank-related documentation and limits
• Coordinate with internal teams for LC, BG, and payment-related requirements
• Maintain proper records of all treasury instruments and banking transactions
• Support licensing-related activities including documentation, renewals, and coordination with authorities and consultants
• Assist in monitoring credit facilities, limits, and utilization
• Prepare treasury MIS, cash flow statements, and management reports
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in treasury operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setup
• Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and banking procedures
• Understanding of licensing processes and statutory documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial systems
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive transactions

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Steel or Manufacturing Industry
• Hands-on experience dealing with banks and financial institutions
• Exposure to import/export documentation is an added advantage
