Job Overview

We are a leading polymer textile firm specializing in nylon products, located in Dadra, Vapi. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Textile Engineer to join our team. As a Textile Engineer, you will work in our QC and production department, learning and contributing to the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quality control and assurance of nylon products, ensuring high-quality standards
• Support production team in manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and improve process efficiency, implementing changes as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and goals
• Learn and implement quality control procedures, adhering to industry standards
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, proposing solutions to improve processes

Requirements

• BE/BTech in Textile Engineering or related field, with a strong academic record
• Fresher or 0-1 year of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes, including nylon production
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.)
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Internship or project experience in textile industry, with a focus on nylon or polymer products
• Familiarity with QC procedures and quality standards, including Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Excel, with knowledge of textile software (e.g., CAD, ERP) a plus
