Lead the planning and execution of Oracle ERP projects within the company.
Manage the project team and collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, inventory, supply chain, finance, procurement) to understand business requirements.
Ensure the configuration and implementation of Oracle ERP aligns with operational needs.
Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle ERPincluding module configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live.
Ensure smooth data migration processes, system integration, and thorough testing.
Provide basic training to end-users and support the post-implementation transition.
Prepare regular project status reports for internal stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of data and information from unauthorized parties.
Manage and lead all project team members effectively to ensure productivity, motivation, competence, cooperation, and collaboration.
Coordinate and communicate between project implementers, internal resources, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring project continuity, minimizing potential obstacles, and enhancing the likelihood of success.
Identify, analyze, and manage project risks to minimize negative impacts and ensure the project remains on track and achieves desired outcomes with minimal disruption.
Make reports related to the job, both on a regular basis, incidentally, and upon request.
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems
At least 5 years of experience in ERP project management, with a focus on Oracle ERP systems.
Experience in Oracle ERP implementation projects within manufacturing or food industry
Proficient in Oracle ERP modules.
Strong ability to analyze business processes and develop system solutions based on operational needs.
Have leadership and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using Project Management Software (Scrum, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Wrike, or others).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce effective reports.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
Have problem solving skills and ability to work in a group.
Willing to travel in a remote or plant site location as needed.
