We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage and grow accounts across Indonesia.
You will be responsible for driving new business, achieving sales targets, and building lasting relationships in both export and import freight forwarding. You’ll be supported by an experienced Customer Service and Documentation team to ensure smooth end-to-end shipment handling.
This position includes a performance-based commission scheme with high earning potential. You will also be mentored directly by our Sales Manager to help you succeed and grow in your role.
Salary: base salary + performance-based commission
Probation: Up to 6 months with performance evaluation
Acquire and manage client accounts (export & import) from prospecting to after-sales
Prepare quotations, rate proposals, and negotiate terms with customers
Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with clients
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Align with Customer Service, Documentation, and Finance team to deliver excellent service
Submit accurate Sales Reports and updates to management
Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and reactivation
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree (S1/S2) from a reputable university
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in Freight Forwarding, or related fields in international logistics
Existing client relationships is a strong plus
Interested in developing a long-term career in logistics and sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (min. business proficiency)
Proficient in Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Sheet, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Open to working across departments and learning operational processes
Willing to work overtime or beyond office hours when required to cater to client needs
Honest, responsible, and committed to high integrity
Ambitious, eager to grow, and open to learning across roles
Confident and creative in building and maintaining client relationships
Has a positive attitude and is a respectful team player
Takes initiative, shows ownership of their work, and follows through on responsibilities
Strong in communication, both written and verbal
Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
