Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bogor, Indonesia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate new leads
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication channels and addressing any concerns promptly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage sales technologies and analytics tools
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
