A leading hospitality group in Bali seeks a Sales & Marketing Director to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in the hospitality sector, proven leadership abilities, and a strong network with travel agents and corporate clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement target-focused sales & marketing strategies.
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team.
- Strengthen relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.
- Identify business opportunities to increase market share.
- Oversee brand positioning and promotional campaigns.
Skills
Develop and implement target-focused, revenue-driven sales & marketing strategies across both properties.
Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
Strengthen and expand high-value relationships with overseas and local travel agents, local DMCs, MICE planners, corporate clients, and online distribution partners.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase market share and maximize hotel exposure.
Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, PR activities, and promotional campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor performance, and travel patterns to adjust strategies proactively.
Ensure a unified brand message and strong market presence for both hotels across all channels.
Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably in Bali or similar resort destinations.
Demonstrated success in a target-driven environment with a strong track record in achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
Strong, established network with international and domestic travel agents, DMCs, MICE organizers, and corporate accounts.
Multi-property or cluster role experience is highly preferred.
Outstanding leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
