Job summary
A leading M&E service provider in Indonesia is seeking a CSA Superintendent to lead civil, structural, and architectural site activities. The ideal candidate will supervise construction activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with teams to manage site logistics. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience in CSA construction is required. Fluency in English is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CSA construction, preferably in MEP or data center projects.
- Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities on site.
- Ensure work execution complies with design drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and schedule.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct site inspections and report progress, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager.
- Liaise with MEP teams to coordinate interface works and avoid conflicts.
- Manage site logistics, material delivery, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Review construction drawings and raise RFIs when necessary.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients and subcontractors.

The CSA Superintendent will be leading all civil, structural, and architectural site activities for the assigned project.
