Job summary

A leading M&E service provider in Indonesia is seeking a CSA Superintendent to lead civil, structural, and architectural site activities. The ideal candidate will supervise construction activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with teams to manage site logistics. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience in CSA construction is required. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CSA construction, preferably in MEP or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities on site.
• Ensure work execution complies with design drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and schedule.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with MEP teams to coordinate interface works and avoid conflicts.
• Manage site logistics, material delivery, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Review construction drawings and raise RFIs when necessary.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients and subcontractors.

Role Description
