About the Role

Flora Food Group is building a strategic talent pipeline for future expansion across Java—including cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, and others. We're seeking commercial sales talents who bring experience in General Trade (GT) and/or Food Services (Horeca) channels, ready to scale operations in both traditional and institutional sectors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement market-driven sales strategies across GT and Horeca segments in the Java region
  • Develop distributor and client relationships across retail outlets, hotels, restaurants, and food service providers
  • Achieve sales targets, optimize distribution, and ensure brand positioning consistency
  • Identify and onboard high-potential customers in both channels to unlock growth
  • Conduct trade negotiations and build durable commercial partnerships
  • Oversee field Sales Representatives to deliver consistent execution and performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive market coverage and customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales covering GT and/or Horeca, with 2 years in a managerial role or 5 years as a supervisor
  • History of working with major distributors, retail networks, and Horeca clients across Java
  • Solid understanding of regional sales dynamics and strategic planning
  • Competence in managing multi-location teams with strong leadership skills
  • Skilled in MS Excel for sales tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Track record in implementing promotional strategies with measurable results
  • Energetic, adaptable, and committed to driving performance across varied geographies
