A luxury hotel in Yogyakarta is seeking an experienced Event Concierge. This role will manage event operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction by liaising between guests and the Banquet Operations team. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the event Sales within the Sales & Marketing Division and Food and Beverage. The Event Concierge serves as the primary liaison between the guest, the Banquet Operations team, and supporting departments during events. This role ensures that all guest requests and event details are executed seamlessly and that the service experience reflects the hotel’s five‑star standards. The Event Concierge provides personalized and proactive service throughout the event, ensuring a smooth flow of operations and guest satisfaction.
