Position Overview

This position will be responsible for managing all transport operation nationwide, including ensuring the operation KPI, cost, truck performance, achieving target, driver management, and building vendor relations. This position also is expected to initiate changes that will impact the whole operational activity.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for logistics, transport, maintenance & repair, and driver management
• Planning routes and load scheduling for multi‑drop deliveries
• Booking deliveries and liaising with customers
• Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system
• Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements
• Developing transportation relationships and monitoring transport costs
• Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices and dealing with congestion effects

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a related field with solid experience
• Proficient in English, verbal & written
• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Surabaya
