About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Analyst Officer to join our dynamic team at PT MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia in Jakarta. As a Credit Analyst Officer, you will play a crucial role in analysing financial data, assessing credit risks, and providing valuable insights to support the company's lending decisions. What you'll be doing

1. Conducting in-depth financial and credit analysis on loan applications and existing customers.
2. Gathering and evaluating relevant financial information, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Responsible for the credit analyst function in analyzing the feasibility of applying for credit and providing recommendations in accordance with the policies or parameters that apply in the company.
4. Assessing the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses by examining their financial history, credit profile, and market conditions.
5. Preparing comprehensive credit reports and recommendations to support the decision-making process.
6. Monitoring and reviewing existing loan portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
8. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in credit analysis.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify risks and opportunities.
4. Proficiency in using financial analysis software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to various stakeholders.
6. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
7. Understanding of the Indonesian banking and financial regulatory environment.
