We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at The Union Group in Jakarta. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and lead a team of chefs, line cooks, and other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers
  • Develop and implement innovative, delicious, and visually appealing menu items that showcase your culinary expertise
  • Oversee the ordering, receiving, and inventory management of all food and kitchen supplies
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and catering services
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to maintain profitability
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve kitchen operations and efficiency
