Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Shoe Development/Shoe Construction.
• Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Constructor in developing a pattern according to the DMS.
• Monitor production process to ensure developed pattern is applied.
• Check incoming DMS and ensure article development meets standard.
• Coordinate with various departments throughout the development process.
• Create improvements to shoe patterns based on production problems.
• Provide regular updates to the Chief Constructor.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of shoemaking process and pattern making

Working with CAD Construction

Ability to check on shoe patterns, spec sheet, BOM

Education

Bachelor's or Diploma in footwear technology
