Job Description
- Drive regional business plans aligned with company goals; own product targets and GTM strategy.
- Partner with Sales to provide product training, deal support, and join key cycles to accelerate wins.
- Build strong customer relationships to understand needs, boost adoption, and drive upsell.
- Maintain deep product expertise and competitive insights; act as the regional go‑to expert.
- Gather market feedback and customer insights; share with HQ to shape roadmap and marketing.
- Collaborate with HQ and Marketing for strategic alignment and flawless execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to maximize impact.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in Email, SaaS, or communication technology.
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding product sales targets for enterprise and commercial clients.
- Skilled in customer engagement-leading discovery, demos, and value‑based negotiations.
- Strong grasp of product‑market fit, competitive analysis, and joint value propositions.
- Experience turning market/customer insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and executive presence; adept at partnering with senior stakeholders; fluent in English (regional languages a plus).
- Data‑driven mindset; familiar with CRM/BI tools; willing to travel within the region.
