Job summary

A hospitality company is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment in their branches. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or a diploma in engineering and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, training staff on technical issues, and managing the repair and inventory of tools. This position is located in Jawa Barat, Indonesia.

Job description

What you will do:

• Responsible to support daily maintenance of Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing in our Branches
• Knowledge basic preventive maintenance of equipment building
• Make sure all equipment in our branches run smoothly
• Conduct minor repairing and fixing based on SOP.
• Maintain the inventory of working tools and equipment at the branch.
• Fast Response Problem solving technical issue and reporting urgent issues.
• Making check and reporting list for every maintenance have to do for reporting to Branch Teams and Branch Operations Manager
• Conduct training to host and cleaner for troubleshooting on minor technical issues.
• Resolve issues queuing on ticketing issues of the branches.

You will fit in this job if you:

• Willing to work on appointed areas selected by management.
• Candidates must possess at least High School with preference Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field of technician or engineer is required for this position.
• Having experience as a Hotel Maintenance/Hotel Engineering are more favorable
