Cost Control Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities
  • Cost Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on transportation and operational costs, while identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
  • Budget Management: Assist in preparing and monitoring Internal Route Cost and report to finance Dept.
  • Cost Optimization & Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with the Route Planning team to implement cost-efficient strategies and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of cost‑saving initiatives.
  • Expense Forecasting: Support the forecasting of future transportation and logistics costs in line with operational plans and market conditions.
  • Price Database Management: Manage and update the pricing database in the system to ensure accurate cost calculations.
  • Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding vendor contract renewals, unit additions, or vehicle type changes to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher (Prefer Finance based in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related field)
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, route planning, or transportation management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • High-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (HSK 5)
  • Able to adapt in fast paced environment and willing to learn
  • Problem‑solving mindset to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Knowledge of cost‑control strategies and cost analysis techniques.
